About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven, technically strong, and creatively inclined In-House Architect to join our core team. This role offers exposure across multiple disciplines — from consultant coordination and drawing management to design ideation and regulatory processes — ideal for architects looking to work closely with real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consultant Coordination

• Coordinate directly with architects, structural, MEP, landscape, parking consultants, and green building agencies.

• Ensure alignment of all design inputs with project requirements and timelines.

• Act as a liaison between external consultants and internal teams including project engineers and PMCs.

2. Drawing & Design Management

• Manage working, execution, and revised drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and timely release of all design documentation.

• Collaborate with site execution and engineering teams to align on-ground realities with design intent.

3. Regulatory Compliance

• Coordinate with plan-passing consultants and government bodies for timely approvals.

• Ensure all permissions and documents are tracked, updated, and in place before execution begins.

• Understand GDCR norms and ensure compliance with local building regulations.

4. Creative Design Contribution

• Participate actively in product conceptualization, internal design discussions, and strategy meets.

• Contribute original, design-centric ideas to enhance project value and end-user experience.

• Be involved in brainstorming sessions related to environmental, façade, and spatial planning strategies.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong command over architectural detailing and technical drawings.

• Ability to read and interpret construction and coordination drawings.

• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic Adobe tools (Photoshop/InDesign).

• Basic knowledge of construction technology, structure systems, and MEP interface.

• Familiarity with GDCR norms, approval processes, and regulatory documentation.

• Good proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for internal documentation/presentation.

• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills for multi-stakeholder collaboration.

• Problem-solving mindset with a balance of creativity and technical grounding.

• Adaptable and capable of handling multiple timelines in parallel.

Educational Qualification

• B.Arch / M.Arch / Architectural Diploma

• Freshers and early professionals with 0–5 years of experience in architectural coordination or execution roles are welcome.
