Role Summary

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive who can manage and scale our growing team of tech and creative professionals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys building HR processes from the ground up, and can work with agility and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and team structuring
  • Coordinate with the founder and team leads on task assignment and productivity
  • Handle HR operations including attendance, leaves, and freelancer management
  • Foster positive employee relationships and maintain a healthy team culture
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and best practices
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Notion for daily coordination

Qualifications

  • Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Familiarity with startup culture and flexible teams is a plus
  • Proficiency with tools like Google apps, Excel, or Notion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field preferred
