About Leversol Leversol is a career-management and job-marketing platform that helps international students and professionals secure interview opportunities with U.S. employers. We act as a dedicated execution partner handling resume optimization, targeted job applications, and structured career guidance allowing job seekers to focus on interviews and outcomes rather than the application grind. Role Overview We are seeking high-performing Career Advisors with strong B2C consultative sales experience to engage with international students and job seekers pursuing opportunities in the United States. This role requires the ability to build trust, understand career-driven decision-making, and convert high-intent prospects into Leversol’s career-management plans through structured advisory conversations. This is not a bench-sales or cold-calling role. It is a solution-oriented advisory sales position . Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one consultation calls with prospective job seekers and students Understand candidate profiles including: Career background and skills Visa status (OPT, STEM OPT, H1B, etc.) Job search challenges and timelines Clearly articulate Leversol’s value proposition and service offerings Address objections with confidence, empathy, and data-backed reasoning Convert qualified prospects into paid subscribers Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and activity logs Collaborate with internal career execution and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets Required Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in B2C sales , preferably in: EdTech Career advisory / counseling Student consulting High-value inside sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent verbal communication skills in English Strong listening skills and consultative selling ability Comfortable handling emotionally driven career decisions Experience working with CRMs and dialers Willingness to work in US time zones (partial or full overlap) Preferred Background Former Program Advisor, Lead Counselor, Career Advisor, or Education Consultant Experience working with international students or US-focused clientele Exposure to education or career-related product sales Prior team-lead or mentoring experience is a plus Compensation & Growth Fixed monthly compensation Performance-based commissions on each successful conversion Quarterly incentives and performance bonuses Career progression opportunities into Senior Advisor, Team Lead, or Sales Manager roles Why Join Leversol High-intent inbound demand, especially during peak hiring seasons Clear sales processes and structured advisory model Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on job seekers’ careers Fast-growing organization with leadership visibility and growth potential
