Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Check and Reporting Manager to oversee product quality assurance and data reporting within our dynamic e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that products meet high-quality standards and provide accurate performance reports to drive strategic decisions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, optimize processes, and maintain customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance & Control:

    • Establish and maintain quality standards for all e-commerce products.
    • Conduct regular quality checks on incoming inventory, returns, and outgoing shipments.
    • Identify defects and coordinate with suppliers/vendors to resolve quality issues.
    • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure consistency.

  • Reporting & Data Analysis:

    • Generate and analyze reports related to product quality, returns, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
    • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and operational metrics.

  • Process Improvement:

    • Identify gaps in quality control processes and recommend improvements.
    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality checks.
    • Collaborate with the operations team to enhance inventory management and reduce defects.

  • Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution:

    • Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to product quality.
    • Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Team Leadership & Training:

    • Lead and mentor the quality assurance team.
    • Conduct training sessions on quality standards, reporting tools, and best practices.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
