**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our solar projects through troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and electrical engineering tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting solar project performance.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal system efficiency.
- Manage electrical engineering tasks, including design and implementation of new systems.
- Oversee maintenance operations to minimize downtime and ensure smooth project execution.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solar Site Engineer or O&M Engineer.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining utility-scale solar projects with a solid understanding of solar plant operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of transformer, HT panel, and LT panel maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills to assess project risks, identify potential issues, provide solutions, and monitor project performance.
- Excellent work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in the solar industry is mandatory.
