We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. You will be responsible for transforming ideas into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across web and mobile platforms.Key Responsibilities: • Understand project requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Create intuitive UI layouts, visual designs, and interaction patterns aligned with brand guidelines • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve product experience • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver pixel-perfect designs • Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsive performance • Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams or clients • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design standards • Work with developers during implementation to ensure accurate design executionRequirements: • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools • Good understanding of wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and user-centered design principles • Knowledge of design for e-commerce, SaaS, and landing pages is a plus • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesNice to Have: • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS • Motion/animation skills • Experience working with agencies or fast-paced product teamsLocation: SuratEmployment Type: Full-time
