Job OverviewAs an Associate Training Coordinator/Training Coordinator/Senior Training Coordinator at NIIT Managed Training Services, you will support top companies across EMEA, NAM, and APAC regions with training administration tasks.
- The ideal candidate is a recent graduate (B.A./B.Com/BBA/BHM/B.Sc./BCA) or has up to 2 years of experience.
- You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a working knowledge of computers.
- Provide 24/5 training administration support to customers.
- Assist customers with training administration issues via email.
- Offer resolution options and schedule training sessions.
- Gather information about reported issues.
- Perform case analysis, document cases, and generate tickets.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on Microsoft Excel.
- Manage training activities on Learning Management Systems.
Cab facilities will be provided with no deductions.
