Company Description A leading ISO manufacturing company is looking for technical sales executive JOB Description – Release Agent Sales – Pune/Maharashtra Job Title: Technical Sales Executive /– Release Agents & Coatings (Rubber & Plastics Industry) Role Summary Responsible for generating sales of release agents, mold coatings, and processing aids to the rubber and plastics molding industry (automotive rubber, seals & gaskets, industrial rubber, tanks, footwear, etc.). The role demands strong technical capability and plant-level presence. Key Responsibilities · Identify, develop, and manage rubber molding customers. · Conduct on-site trials (compression/injection/transfer molding). · Demonstrate improvements in: o Cycle time o Release ease o Mold fouling reduction o Scrap reduction · Provide technical service, troubleshooting & after-sales support. · Maintain relationships with production heads, QA, and purchase teams. · Submit daily, weekly visit reports, trial reports, and monthly forecasts. · Achieve sales targets (₹2.0 crore to ₹6 crore/year) – graduated target by year. Will Commence 4 – 6 months from the date of joining. · Grow key accounts and add new customers each quarter. Qualifications · 3–8 years experience in rubber chemicals or catering to the rubber products manufacturing industry. · Engineering, Science, or Chemistry background preferred. · Must be able to travel extensively. Salary · Base Salary: ₹5 lakh/year or PLUS – based on direct experience in the rubber industry. · Benefits: travel allowance, incentives, trial support, phone, PF/ESIC COMMISSION / INCENTIVE PLAN Performance Bonus · 100% annual target → 10% of base salary · 120% annual target → 20% of base salary · 150%+ → 30% of base salary MONTHLY TARGET SHEET (KPIs) Monthly Sales & Activity KPIs KPI India Sales Target ₹16–₹50 lakh/month New Customer Visits 15–20/month Follow-up Visits 8–10/month Trials Conducted 2–4/month New Accounts Opened 1–2/month Repeat Billing Retention 90%+ Conversion Rate 25–40%
