SKD University is committed to channeling the energy and potential of youth to create a positive impact on society.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Hanumangarh. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process, develop robust employer branding strategies, and execute hiring initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with department leaders, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process.QualificationsProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processesStrong skills in Hiring and Interviewing techniquesExpertise in implementing and improving Employer Branding strategiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilitiesProven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in an educational or corporate settingBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plusInterested candidates may send their updated resume shikha@skduniversity.com
