Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom workflows and integrations within the SailPoint IIQ platform.

- Configure and manage access requests, approvals, and certifications.

- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, and integrations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access provisioning, revocation, and certification processes.

- Manage user access rights and privileges across various systems and applications.

- Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) models.

- Conduct regular access reviews and certifications.

- Investigate and resolve P1/P2 access-related incidents in production environments.

- Continuously improve IAM processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest SailPoint IIQ features and best practices.

Qualifications :

Experience : 2-5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in SailPoint IIQ administration, development, and troubleshooting.

- In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, including access control models, identity lifecycle management, and compliance regulations.

- Experience with scripting languages (Groovy, Java) for SailPoint IIQ development.

- Basic understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL Server).

Other Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with other IAM tools (Okta, ForgeRock)

- Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks

- Experience with Agile development methodologies
