We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Visual Content Creator to join our marketing team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the development of engaging visual content for our brand. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality images, videos, and other visual assets that tell compelling stories across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:

    • Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing images, videos, graphics, and animations for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content requirements and create visuals that align with brand guidelines.
    • Help capture product photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes footage, ensuring high-quality production.

  2. Editing and Post-Production:

    • Edit images and videos using industry-standard software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
    • Enhance visuals by adding effects, text, and animations to improve storytelling and viewer engagement.
    • Work on photo/video retouching, color correction, and final output to ensure high-quality content.

  3. Social Media and Digital Platforms:

    • Create visual content tailored to the specific requirements of different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Optimize visual content for web and mobile viewing, ensuring the right size, format, and style for various digital channels.
    • Assist in managing the brand's visual presence across all digital platforms to ensure consistency in messaging.

  4. Collaborate and Learn:

    • Work alongside experienced content creators and marketing professionals to understand project briefs, develop creative ideas, and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
    • Learn and apply creative best practices while experimenting with new visual techniques and trends.
    • Receive feedback and implement changes to improve the visual quality and effectiveness of content.

  5. Stay Updated on Trends:

    • Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, photography/video techniques, and digital content best practices.
    • Research visual trends relevant to the brand and recommend new creative ideas and content strategies.


RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: No prior professional experience required. Recent graduates or candidates with a portfolio of personal projects are encouraged to apply.
  • Creativity: Strong creative flair with a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with a focus on consistency, quality, and accuracy in visuals.
  • Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with the team effectively.
  • Time Management: Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with photography and videography techniques.
  • Experience or interest in social media marketing and digital content creation.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or animation is a plus.
  • A personal portfolio or examples of creative projects is highly desirable (even if it's for personal or academic work).
