About the Role:

Responsibilities:1) Tally and Zoho based bookkeeping for multiple entities and review of ledger balances2) Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure complete documentation for all vendor payments and deployment of funds3) Complete ownership of accounts receivables and payables operations, across all product lines4) Coordinating with multiple banks for daily operations, treasury management5) Payroll processing and regulatory compliances under labour law6) Overseeing the reimbursement claims of internal stakeholders and managing credit card payments7) All periodic filings - TDS, GST etc with the help of external agencies8) Support all regulatory compliances, licence renewals, MCA filings with the help of external agencies9) Continuous automation of processes in partnership with the tech team to allow higher scale and higher efficiency10) Support other Finance team members to achieve department goals

Requirements:1) Hands-on contributor with a strong knowledge of accounting and the ability to run accounting operations at scale2) B.com / CA Inter with minimum 3 years' experience or accounting / commerce post-graduate from premier institutes with consistently strong academic credentials with 5 years' experience3) Preference for individuals with experience in Tier 1 corporates or Tier 1 accounting firms4) Experience in the SaaS industry would be an added advantage5) Hands-on contributor with a strong knowledge of accounting and payroll processing6) A growth and learning mindset, high energy and passion for doing impactful work.7) Comfort in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment, with regular stretch requirements8) Ability to handle advanced excel and google sheets9) High comfort with technology and the ability to automate accounting processes10) Able to solve complex problems11) Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships12) Strong interpersonal skills13) High level of commercial acumen14) Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel and other accounting packages including Tally ERP / Tally Prime and Zoho books15) Must be based in Bangalore
