Position: - Pharma Tele caller

Location: - Patna

Responsibilities: -

·         Make outbound calls to prospective customers, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies.

·         Promote and explain pharmaceutical products and services clearly and accurately.

·         Answer customer inquiries regarding products, usage, and pricing.

·         Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.

·         Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

·         Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs,

·         Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for growth.

·          Handle any complaints or concerns effectively and professionally.

Skills and Qualifications: -

·         Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

·         Excellent communication skills with a strong command of hind & English.

·         A background in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field is an advantage.

*Requirements: *

        - Age above 20 to 28 years.

        - No pharmacy license required.

Annual Salary: 180000 to 200000.
