Job Title: Senior Interior DesignerCompany: RaamahProjects LLPLocation: Noida (withsite visits across Delhi NCR)Salary Range: ₹6LPA – ₹9 LPA(based on skills & portfolio)Role Type: Full-Time | Leadership TrackAbout the ProjectRaamah Projects is expanding its design team and is looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can lead projects independently, take design ownership, and gradually build and lead a design team.This is not a basic designer role — this is a design leadership position where you will shape concepts, manage client relationships, guide execution teams, make material decisions, and contribute directly to the company’s growth roadmap.If you’re someone who thinks like a designer and a leader, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities1. Project Design Leadership - Take complete ownership of projects from concept to execution - Create layouts, concepts, moodboards, material palettes, and design directions - Review, guide, and finalize 3D renders with our 3D team - Prepare and oversee working drawings, GFCs, and detail drawings - Make confident design and material decisions2. Client & Team Coordination - Present concepts and design updates to clients - Translate client requirements into practical, build-ready designs - Coordinate with project managers, site teams, 3D artists & vendors - Ensure designs are executed correctly on-site3. Material & Technical Knowledge - Deep understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, fabrics, lighting, etc. - Ability to develop material boards and budgets - Compare material alternatives, costing, and feasibility - Provide design solutions aligned with timelines & budgets4. Team Leadership & Growth - Guide junior designers & interns - Review design outputs and improve quality benchmarks - Build a design team gradually as the company expands - Contribute to creating internal SOPs, libraries & design systems - Help establish Raamah’s design identity and standards5.
