You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into technical specifications and help shape our product roadmap.Key responsibilitiesKey responsibilities of a product engineer include product design, prototype development and testing, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, quality assurance, and product lifecycle management. Product engineers ensure products are functional, manufactural, and meet customer and business needs by working with various teams from concept to production. Qualifications and requirementsA Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred, B.E./B.TECH in Electronic, Electricals/Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science.Fresher / ExperiencedProbationary periodTwo-Three months (only for fresher)Position and Duties:The Employee agrees to work as Product Engineer and to perform the duties and responsibilities listed below, and as may be reasonably assigned by the Employer from time to time.1.    Design and Developmenta.    Design and develop products: From initial concept to final launch, product engineers design and create new products, ensuring they are functional, reliable, and meet specifications.b.    Create prototypes: They build and test prototypes to validate designs and ensure products meet performance, durability, and safety standards. c.    Optimize manufacturing: Product engineers select materials and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure products can be made efficiently and cost-effectively2.    Market & Customer Focusa.    Market analysis: They analyze industry trends, identify customer needs and requirements, and research competitors to inform product development. b.    Develop product ideas: Based on market research, customer preferences, and budgets, they generate design ideas and solutions3.    Collaboration & Communicationa.    Work with cross-functional teams: Product engineers collaborate closely with design, marketing, manufacturing, and product management teams to ensure successful product development and launch. b.    Communicate effectively: They provide technical expertise and support throughout the product lifecycle and create detailed product documentation, including specifications and user manuals. 4.    Testing & Quality a.    Product testing and quality assurance: They develop and conduct rigorous product testing, analyze performance data, and ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.b.    Improve existing products: Product engineers analyze existing product lines to identify areas for improvement and implement new technologies or design changes.5.    Product Lifecycle Managementa.    Oversee production: They oversee the production process, identifying and resolving any engineering issues that arise. b.    Ensure compliance: They ensure products comply with all applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.Place:Service shall be performed pan India, and reporting to Head Quarter shall be Delhi, India.CTC:3-5Lac/per annumContact:Email us at hr@microtransindia.com , call us at +91 8130 8130 30
