People. Community. Coffee. In that order. Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to develop their skills within the finance sector. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Process and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure consistency. Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenditure against budgets. Respond to internal and external enquiries regarding financial matters in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency within the finance function. Experience & Skills 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in the retail or food & beverage sector. Proficient in Xero (preferred) or similar accounting software. Familiarity with Shopify, Square, or other POS/eCommerce tools. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience with multi-location or multi-channel businesses is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. Work Schedule Monday to Friday — 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM GMT (13:30 to 22:30 IST) Pay & Benefits Yearly: INR 10–13 LPA
