About the Role
DViO Digital is hiring a Key account manager to manage key clients and drive digital campaign execution. This role involves direct client engagement, campaign planning, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong account management skills and a solid understanding of digital marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and high client satisfaction.
Campaign Execution: Plan and implement social campaigns, topical content, and digital activities in coordination with internal teams.
Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams to ensure all campaign elements align with client objectives.
Account Operations: Manage day-to-day deliverables, project timelines, and client requirements effectively.
Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
Performance Tracking: Ensure regular reporting, billing, and account hygiene is maintained as per timelines.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed on platform updates and trends to deliver relevant recommendations to clients.
Requirement-
Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–4 years of experience in client servicing within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing digital and social media campaigns end-to-end.
Attention to detail, organized working style, and ability to manage multiple deliverables.
Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and reporting.
Quick thinker with a solution-driven approach to challenges.
