Job Description: Maintenance Engineer – Water & Wastewater Treatment Location                      :          Mumbai Industry                       :          Water Treatment (STP/ETP, RO Plants) Employment                :          Full Time Educational Qualification: ·     Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. ·     Additional Certification in water treatment design will be an advantage Experience:·     2–5 years of maintenance experience in water/wastewater treatment plants ·     Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems Key Skills:·     Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, PLCs, and process instrumentation ·     Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and documentation. ·     Good communication and team coordination skills Roles & Responsibilities:·  Perform routine inspection, servicing, and maintenance of pumps, blowers, motors, valves, compressors, and RO systems. · Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. ·  Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation faults and ensure timely rectification. ·     Maintain  records  of  maintenance  activities,    breakdowns,           spares,                  and consumables. · Coordinate with O&M teams to ensure minimal disruption to plant operations. ·  Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental compliance during maintenance work. · Support inventory management for spare parts and tools. ·     Assist  in  plant  modification,  equipment    installation, and    performance improvement initiatives.
