Inviting applications for the role of [Process Developer - Wealth Management]

In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be required to monitor and ensure proper client account maintenance, review documentation for quality assurance.

Responsibilities

·Process requests and review reports for issue identification and resolution.

·Address inquiries related to asset movement and account funding from field representatives.

·Manage checks and perform account valuation calculations for clients.

·Ensure accuracy and completeness of account documents, escalating and resolving discrepancies.

·Input data into systems and work within established processing timelines.

·Provide administrative support to investment teams, assisting with account maintenance and document processing.

·Review documentation for quality assurance.

·Monitor and ensure proper client account maintenance, sending notifications as necessary.

·Coordinate tasks independently and adapt to changing priorities.

·Learn and adhere to company policies for reviewing communications.

·Review and identify trends in flagged communications, suggesting improvements as needed.

·Operate with minimal supervision, taking on additional duties as required.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

·Any graduate, preferably Commerce

·Analytical Thinking

·Problem resolution abilities are essential.

·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

·Proficiency with data input, Typing speed of 30 words pm

·Understanding of US Banking industry will be of added advantage.

·Proficiency with desktop computers and applications (MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

·B-Com

·Familiarity with managed/advisory business, including investment concepts.
