- Design, configure, and implement UKG Workforce Management solutions based on client requirements and best practices.

- Gather and analyze client business requirements related to timekeeping, scheduling, absence management, labor forecasting, and other workforce management processes.

- Customize and configure various UKG modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management, HR/Payroll) to meet specific organizational needs and workflows.

- Develop and maintain integrations between the UKG platform and other HR, payroll, and business systems using various integration tools and methods (APIs, Connectors).

- Create detailed technical documentation, including configuration guides, integration specifications, and training materials.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for UKG Workforce Management issues, working closely with clients to

resolve problems and ensure system stability.

- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to client operations.

- Develop custom reports and analytics using UKG's reporting tools and potentially other business intelligence platforms to provide insights into workforce data.

- Collaborate effectively with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies within the UKG system configurations.

- Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.

- Potentially participate in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution Skills :

- UKG Workforce Management Platform : Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the UKG Workforce Management platforms, such as :

1. UKG Dimensions : Deep understanding of configuration, rules, workflows, and features.

2. UKG Workforce Central (Kronos WFC) : Experience with setup, configuration, pay rules, and system administration.

- Configuration and Setup : Proven ability to configure and set up various aspects of the UKG system, including pay rules, work rules, accruals, schedules, and organizational structures.

- Integration Tools and Methods : Experience with integrating UKG with other systems using various methods, including :

1. UKG Connectors (Inbound/Outbound Connectors)

2. REST APIs and SOAP APIs

3. Flat file integrations

- Reporting and Analytics : Proficiency in using UKG's native reporting tools (e.g., UKG Dimensions Reporting, Kronos Report Writer) to create standard and custom reports. Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI for visualizing UKG data is a plus.

- SQL (Beneficial) : Basic to intermediate SQL skills for querying databases, data analysis, and troubleshooting.

- Scripting (Beneficial) : Familiarity with scripting languages relevant to UKG, such as Groovy (for UKG Dimensions) or Kronos WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) scripting.

- Data Migration : Experience with data migration processes and tools related to UKG implementations.

- Security and Access Control : Understanding of security configurations and access control within the UKG :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 to 8 years of professional experience working with UKG Workforce Management solutions (either Dimensions or Workforce Central).

- Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation or significant support role for UKG Workforce Management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both

technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Strong understanding of workforce management principles, practices, and related business processes.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites if Points :

- Experience with specific UKG modules beyond Timekeeping and Scheduling, such as Absence Management, HR/Payroll, Talent Acquisition, or Labor Forecasting.

- UKG certifications (UKG Dimensions Certified Consultant, Kronos Workforce Central Certification).

- Experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for building complex integrations.

- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations in different regions.

- Experience working in a consulting environment with direct client interaction.

- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
