About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Business Development Intern to support our B2B team in driving growth and building client relationships. This internship provides hands-on exposure to B2B sales strategies, lead generation, client engagement, and market research. It’s a great opportunity for individuals eager to learn the dynamics of B2B operations in a fast-paced organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Research and identify potential business clients through , databases, and industry directories.
  • Assist in maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Client Engagement
  • Support outreach to prospective clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations for senior team members.
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to identify opportunities.
  • Analyze client needs and share insights for tailored solutions.
  • Sales & Business Support
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Support follow-ups and client relationship management.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation and client engagement.


Key Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in B2B sales, client engagement, and business development.
  • Research and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with , CRM tools, or lead generation platforms (preferred).
