The Role: The candidate is to hold a bachelor's degree OR Diploma in Interior design, proficient in Design application, 2D (AUTOCAD) & 3D (SKETCH UP, PHOTOSHOP & LUMION) WITH BOQ.

·  Candidates are expected to possess excellent Design compatibility skills

·  She/he is responsible for producing high-quality project design drawings and deliverables in FF&E and construction documents.

·  The Designer to work on any/all phases of development, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and 3D modeling in SketchUp & Lumion.

·  Consistently bring fresh value to add ideas to the team that are projected appropriately.

· Well-versed in quantifying Bill of Quantities, both detailed & single-line BOQ
