As a Zonal Head you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all sales activities at Pune and all other locations of Maharashtra other than Mumbai. This leadership position requires strategic thinking, excellent people management skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth. You have to develop and execute sales strategies, ensure the achievement of sales targets, manage a team of sales professionals, and work cross-functionally with marketing and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients. Roles & Responsibilities :- Sales Strategy Development and Market Analysis : Collaborate with the General Manager and senior Management team to support the development of sales strategies aimed at revenue growth and market expansion. Assist in conducting market research and staying updated with industry trends to identify opportunities and threats. Team Support and Coordination : Support in managing sales teams, fostering relationships with clients and partners. This role requires assisting in providing leadership, strategic guidance, and ensuring efficient sales and distribution processes. Sales Performance Monitoring: Assist in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives. Contribute to driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives through data-driven decisions. Analytical Skills: Aid in analyzing sales data and ensuring smooth product or service distribution to customers. Budget Support: Assist in overseeing the sales budget, contributing to cost-effective strategies, and ensuring optimal resource allocation. Compliance and Reporting : Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Ensure the sales team maintains up-to-date knowledge of company products, industry standards, and compliance guidelines.
