ABOUT THE ROLE :

As a Senior NetSuite Support Consultant, you will provide expert support for day-to-day management and technical troubleshooting of NetSuite ERP systems.

In addition, you'll be leveraging Power BI for advanced reporting and data visualization, and will have the opportunity to work on custom scripting within the NetSuite platform.

This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere within Latin America.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Provide expert support for day-to-day management and technical troubleshooting of NetSuite ERP systems.

- Assist in the configuration, customization, and optimization of NetSuite to meet the unique business processes of clients.

- Develop and manage Power BI reports and dashboards for business intelligence and analytics within NetSuite.

- Work with clients to resolve issues, perform data migration activities, and conduct system testing and validation.

- Manage and optimize NetSuite workflows, custom records, forms, fields, and saved searches to address business needs.

- Develop and enhance custom scripts in NetSuite to automate and optimize business processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionalities and ensure alignment with client goals.

- Document processes, issues, and solutions to support continuous improvements and best practices.

- Provide support for NetSuite integrations with other platforms, such as Salesforce, Avalara, and more.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS :

- Minimum 3 years of experience with the day-to-day technical management of NetSuite.

- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP workflows, modules (procure to pay, order to cash, record to report), and functionalities.

- Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data visualization, including the creation of custom dashboards.

- Experience with NetSuite scripting (SuiteScript) to enhance platform functionality and business processes.

- Familiarity with common business practices in accounting, manufacturing, and warehouse management.

- Proficiency in saved searches, formulas, dashboards, custom forms, and workflows within NetSuite.

- Experience in creating custom reports and dashboards within NetSuite.

- NetSuite certification (Administrator or Consultant) is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks independently.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in english, with a collaborative mindset.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
