Join us to challenge yourself and accomplish work that matters.We’re hiring Technical Recruiter @ Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and It'll be Hybrid roleNote : Need local to Bengaluru, Karnataka, India As In-person Interview required Role OverviewThe Technical Recruiter will play a foundational role in hiring top-tier talent across cutting-edge domains such as LLM engineering, Agentic AI systems, multimodal AI, data platforms, MLOps, and full-stack development. You will collaborate closely with founders, engineering leaders, and product teams to ensure a seamless hiring process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized roles including:Agentic AI EngineersLLM Engineers / Prompt EngineersGenAI EngineersML/AI Research ScientistsData Engineers / MLOps EngineersBackend/Frontend/Full-Stack DevelopersCloud & DevOps EngineersDevelop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top AI talent globally.Source candidates through Recruiter, AI/ML communities, GitHub, Kaggle, Discord channels, conferences, and direct outreach.Conduct initial technical and cultural-fit screenings.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and emerging AI/LLM roles.Partner with technical leaders to define role requirements, assessments, and hiring processes.Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer negotiations.Maintain accurate hiring data and metrics via ATS tools.Represent the company brand professionally to AI/ML talent communities.Support employer branding efforts focused on AI, GenAI, LLM, and research hiring.Required Qualifications6+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in deep-tech or AI-driven organizations.Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, especially LLMs, Agentic AI systems, GenAI architectures, transformers, and ML pipelines.Proven success sourcing for niche technical roles and research teams.Familiarity with developer platforms (GitHub, StackOverflow, Hugging Face, ArXiv, etc.).Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing startup environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience hiring for LLM, GenAI, or AI research teams.Understanding of emerging AI skills such as RAG, fine-tuning, vector databases, and autonomous agent frameworks.Prior experience in early-stage startup hiring or building teams from zero.Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and recruiting automation tools.Why Join UsWork at the forefront of Agentic AI and LLM innovation.Build a world-class AI engineering and research team from the ground up.High visibility role with strong collaboration with founders and executive leadership.Competitive compensation, fast growth trajectory, and meaningful ownership opportunities.Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
