Senior Python Developer – Automation

About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with strong experience in automation development to design, build, and optimize intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Python, workflow automation, API integrations, and process optimization across enterprise environments.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions using Python.Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.Develop and maintain API integrations between multiple systems and platforms.Create reusable automation frameworks, utilities, and scripts for efficiency.Optimize performance and reliability of automation workflows and data pipelines.Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices.Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Document technical designs, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong focus on automation.Minimum 4+ years of experience of experience in Automation Development.Proficiency in libraries such as pandas, requests, Selenium, pyautogui, asyncio, or similar automation frameworks.Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and web scraping.Strong understanding of process automation, RPA, or workflow orchestration tools (e.g., UiPath, Airflow, Prefect, Zapier, or custom-built frameworks).Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and data integration concepts.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsKnowledge of AI/ML integration for intelligent automation.Location: Bangalore( Initially Remote)
