About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Content Innovation Expert who is passionate about content creation, marketing communication, and customer experience. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in communications and storytelling, with the opportunity to work closely with senior strategists and marketing teams.

What We're Looking For

We welcome candidates who:

• Have excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for engaging storytelling
• Are marketing and communication professionals with a few years of experience, looking to deepen their impact
• Are enthusiastic about customer experience and understand the basics of the customer journey and value chain
• Can contribute to content that tells a compelling story about market shifts, innovation, and transformation across industries
• Are familiar with using communication channels like public relations, email, websites, and social media to deliver marketing messages
• Have hands-on experience in content creation for marketing, internal communications, or journalism—preferably in a corporate, research, or consulting setting
• Hold a graduate or post-graduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Literature, or related fields
• Have 5-8 years of experience in content development, marketing communications, or public relations
• Are proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Work well in a remote or hybrid environment and are comfortable with fast-paced, deadline-driven workflows
• Are committed to producing high-quality, professional content that aligns with brand strategy
