Job Description – MERN Stack Developer (React.Js / Next.Js / Node.Js)Location: Noida Experience: 5–8 Years Position: Full-Time Joining: Immediate joiners preferredAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a strong MERN Stack Developer who is deeply skilled in React.Js, Next.Js, and Node.Js, with hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance applications. The role requires someone who can independently own modules, optimize existing architecture, and work closely with product and design teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality front-end experiences using React.Js and Next.Js.Build and maintain robust backend services using Node.Js + Express.Design RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems.Optimize application performance across both server and client.Work with MongoDB for schema design, queries, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end.Maintain clean, reusable code with strong documentation.Ensure best practices around version control, CI/CD, and deployment.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience with React.Js, Next.Js, Node.Js, Express.Js, and MongoDB.Deep understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, routing, and rendering patterns in Next.Js.Experience with Redux / Zustand / Context API for state management.Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript is a plus.Expertise in creating scalable backend APIs using Node.Js.Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).Good understanding of build tools, package managers, and version control (Git).Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Good to HaveExperience working in fast-paced startup environments.Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture.Exposure to performance monitoring tools like Lighthouse, New Relic, or Sentry.Ability to handle end-to-end delivery with minimal supervision.Who Should ApplyDevelopers looking to work on high-impact products and solve challenging tech problems.Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves clean code.Immediate joiners or candidates with ≤15 days notice period will be given preference.If you want, I can also format this for LinkedIn, Naukri, or create a crisp JD graphic for quick sharing.
