Someone who doesn’t just make things look beautiful, but makes them feel something.In this role, you’ll be the visual storyteller and creative anchor behind our e-card content, transforming universal emotions like love, joy, gratitude, and hope into visually resonant pieces that feel both timeless and current. You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and musicians to bring stories to life through image, rhythm, and tone, crafting experiences, not just visuals.This is a role for someone who understands why people celebrate, share, and care, and can translate that into visually engaging ideas that connect across cultures, especially with the American audience.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & ConceptingConceptualize and visualize original, high-quality e-cards and motion content that carry emotional depth and universal appeal.Translate emotional or thematic cues (love, gratitude, friendship, celebration, reflection, humor, etc.) into compelling visual narratives.Develop creative storyboards, scene directions, and visual styles that guide the team through each project’s emotional and aesthetic journey.Partner with writers and musicians to ensure that visuals, words, and sound form a seamless, unified experience.Team Collaboration & LeadershipLead and inspire a small cross-functional creative team, including a copywriter, designer, and musician to execute cohesive creative pieces.Provide visual direction, feedback, and ideation support throughout the production process.Work closely with creative leads and art directors to maintain brand coherence across themes, formats, and styles.Cultural & Emotional IntelligenceStay attuned to evolving global and US cultural trends from seasonal celebrations and social movements to popular memes, idioms, and aesthetics.Understand emotional patterns behind celebrations, relationships, and gratitude and use those insights to shape the tone and emotion of each visual.Integrate cross-cultural sensitivity into all creative work, ensuring universality and emotional authenticity.Design Awareness & ExecutionCreate or supervise the creation of concept art, compositions, and moodboards that establish the tone and feel for each card or campaign.Maintain visual consistency, ensuring that the brand feels warm, relatable, and emotionally engaging across styles (funny, romantic, nostalgic, festive, etc.).Balance creativity with clarity ensuring each card communicates simply and emotionally at first glance.What We’re Looking ForProfessional Background3–4 years of experience as a Visualizer, Art Director, or Concept Artist in a digital media company, creative agency, or content platform.Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, storytelling, and emotional range in visual work.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent visual and aesthetic judgment strong understanding of color, layout, composition, and mood.Ability to think narratively to tell a story visually in a few frames or moments.Deep empathy and understanding of human emotions and cultural behaviors.Familiarity with or exposure to US culture, festivals, holidays, and idiomatic expressions.Keen interest in global celebrations, traditions, and universal human experiences.Fluency in popular visual trends across digital platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).Mindset & PersonalityA creative thinker who values meaning over decoration, and connection over cleverness.A naturally curious person who draws inspiration from art, film, music, literature, and real life.Someone who finds emotional stories everywhere in ordinary people, small moments, or shared joys.Interest or background in philosophy, psychology, or spirituality is a strong plus.Collaborative, open-minded, and unafraid to experiment with new forms and ideas.If this sounds like you…You’re not just a designer, you’re a visual empath, a storyteller, and a celebrator of life.
