Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our IT solutions and services.

Conduct effective cold calling to generate leads and identify prospects.

Act as a Sales Executive by learning to convert leads into valuable clients for our IT

products and services.

Participate in presentations and product demonstrations to understand and communicate

the value of our offerings.

Learn to schedule meetings and appointments for more experienced team members with

qualified leads.

Collaborate with the sales team to gain hands-on experience in the sales process.

Develop foundational skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process.

Gain exposure to industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to contribute to the

identification of new business opportunities.

Learn to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions in

the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:

Recent graduate or equivalent educational background.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn and develop skills in sales and telecalling.

Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

A basic understanding of the IT industry is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
