Job Description

:
  • We are seeking a skilled ELK Stack Engineer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team.
  • As part of our Data Operations division, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our extensive.
  • Elastic cluster on Elastic Cloud, handling a substantial daily data ingestion rate.
  • This role requires deep expertise in troubleshooting data loss issues, debugging complex data pipelines, and ensuring seamless data flow across our global network.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize a large-scale Elastic cluster of size more than TB on Elastic Cloud, overseeing daily data ingestion with rate of more than GB per day and storage operations.
  • Identify and rectify data loss incidents swiftly and efficiently, utilizing advanced debugging techniques and analytics tools.
  • Deploy and maintain Elastic agents, ensuring seamless integrations and data collection across diverse environments. Develop and optimize Logstash filters and pipelines to streamline data processing and enrichment for processing various categories of data such as Logs, Netflow, Beats and etc.
  • Must have knowledge of multiple integrations with Elastic such as Palo-Alto, Microsoft Defender, O, Cloud APIs and etc.
  • Implement storage optimization strategies to enhance performance and efficiency within the Elastic ecosystem. Collaborate with Azure services, leveraging cloud-based solutions for enhanced data management and scalability. Facilitate network connectivity across multiple regions globally, navigating firewalls and port connectivity's and data encryption over internet to ensure smooth data transfer and accessibility.
  • Good to have knowledge of automation tool such as Ansible or Puppet for large scale deployments.
  • Good to have knowledge of load balancers as well as Kafka.
