Job Title: Workato DeveloperExperience: 4+ YearsLocation: Remote – IndiaWork Mode: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Workato Developer to design, build, and optimize integrations and automation workflows across enterprise systems. You will work closely with business, IT, and product teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and reliable process automation using Workato’s Integration & Automation Platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Workato recipes to enable seamless integrations.Connect cloud and on-prem applications using APIs, database connectors, and Workato tools.Troubleshoot recipe failures, API issues, and workflow bottlenecks.Optimize integrations for performance, reliability, and error handling.Document integration flows, best practices, and operational procedures.Collaborate with business users, analysts, and engineering teams to understand requirements.Stay updated on new Workato features and propose automation improvements.Ensure secure API communication and follow governance standards.Required Skills & Qualifications4+ years of experience in Workato integration development.Strong understanding of Workato recipes, triggers, actions, jobs, and error handling.Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, Webhooks.Experience with OAuth2, API keys, and authentication flows.Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript/Python) is a plus.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field preferred.Nice to HaveExperience integrating SaaS systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, HubSpot, SAP, or ServiceNow.Workflow automation experience with Zapier, Make.com, Mulesoft, or Boomi.Knowledge of SQL queries and data transformations.
