Job Description

1Role : Technical Lead Product Engineering

2Required Functional/Managerial Skill Set

  1. Knowledge on Core JAVA, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Restful API, Microservices, JPA, Databases (Oracle, Postgres)
  2. These skills need to be Hands-on with strong debugging skills
  3. Knowledge on Kafka / Message queues and Banking Domain Knowledge gains weightage.
  4. Knowledge on cloud platforms like AWS, MS Azure platform should certainly give an edge over other candidates.
  5. Attitude to scale yourself to adapt to new technologies as per the organization need.

Must-Have

  1. Good Knowledge on Java/J2EE, Design Patterns, Spring Framework, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, AOP, Batch, Restful API, SOAP, Microservices, RDBMS, JPA, Messaging Queue (IBM MQ), Topics (Kafka), Databases (Oracle, Postgres), JBoss EAP, WebLogic 12C
  2. These skills need to be Hands-on with strong debugging skills
  3. Knowledge on Kafka / Message queues and Banking Domain Knowledge gains weightage.
  4. Knowledge on cloud platforms like AWS, MS Azure platform should certainly give an edge over other candidates.
  5. Strong hands-on experience in developing applications using spring framework (spring boot, AOP and batch), JPA, Messaging queues, Topics, Databases (Oracle, Postgres).

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

  • 2 to 3 Years of professional experience in building multi-threaded enterprise applications with advanced java using design pattern, executor services, collections, generics in an agile environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing webservices using Restful API(JSON) and SOAP.
  • The role demands owning the design, development & delivery, and support of user stories.
  • Knowledge on XSL, XSD, YML, STX, JBoss EAP, WebLogic 12C or above, DB2 with Banking Domain Knowledge gains weightage.
  • Understand the current systems and issues for architecting a better solution wherever required.
  • Propose solutions using new technologies to meet the goals and needs of the company.
  • Designing scalable solutions and troubleshooting design flaws/system bottlenecks.
  • Mentoring/Guiding the development team for producing robust solutions.
