We are looking for a Training & Enablement Specialist to support the execution customer, partner and internal enablement programs. You will work in the professional services team and assist with initiatives related to technical training on the Aera Decision Cloud Platform. The Enablement Specialist will be self-disciplined, organized, and pay attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. Location: Pune or Bangalore

Responsibility

Deliver Virtual and In-person training to Partners and Customers on our product and solutions Involves 40% Travel to conduct trainings  Test and implement product features and develop training materials Responsible for maintenance of training instances of the product/platform Own the entire deployment and implementation of training environments Work with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop Use cases, product simulations and training data required Review and Evaluate assessment and assignments submitted by Learners Contribute, assist and review training content prepared by Instructional designers

About You

Minimum of 4+ years of technical training experience Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent Excellent Spoken English Deliver content with clarity, conciseness, and the ability to present information logically. Proficiency in Presenting Technical Content to Developer and Business Users Working knowledge of SQL Experience in a SAAS product-based company
