Job Summary:

CSL Finance Limited is seeking a dynamic and passionate Manager - CSR to lead the development, execution, and enhancement of its Corporate Social Responsibility programs. The role involves driving impactful CSR strategies aligned with the companys mission, fostering meaningful partnerships, and ensuring regulatory and ethical standards are met while promoting employee engagement and community Responsibility Areas (KRA):

- Design, implement, and manage CSR programs in alignment with CSLs values and strategic priorities.

- Evaluate and enhance ongoing CSR initiatives to ensure impact, sustainability, and alignment with industry best practices.

- Propose innovative CSR projects based on community needs assessments and stakeholder feedback.

- Collaborate with NGOs, foundations, and other external partners for CSR project execution and monitoring.

- Develop annual CSR plans and budgets; ensure timely utilization and accurate financial reporting.

- Ensure compliance with Section 135 of the Companies Act and other relevant CSR regulations and reporting norms.

- Monitor and report the impact and outcomes of CSR projects through data collection, storytelling, and performance metrics.

- Organize CSR-related internal and external events to boost awareness, participation, and employee volunteering.

- Prepare and present CSR reports, impact assessments, and presentations to management and the Board.

- Manage all CSR communications including website updates, newsletters, social media, and press releases.

- Build awareness and employee engagement in CSR initiatives across departments and hierarchies.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR goals within broader business Skillsets:

- Strong knowledge of CSR laws, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks (esp. Companies Act, 2013 - Section 135)

- Excellent project management and program implementation skills

- Proven experience in stakeholder management, especially with NGOs, government bodies,

and internal teams

- Strong budget management and analytical skills for impact assessment and reporting

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft reports, proposals, and stories of impact

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CSR data management tools

- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver under deadlines

- Passion for community development, sustainability, and creating positive social or Masters degree in Social Work, Development Studies, CSR, Public Policy, or a related field.
