Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive at Olfant, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and online engagement.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement campaigns across platforms including search engines, social media, email, and display networks. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, stays updated on the latest trends, and enjoys leveraging data to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), , and other relevant platforms.
• Social Media Marketing: Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms to build brand visibility and drive traffic.
• Email Marketing: Design and run email marketing campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and engagement, using tools like Mailchimp or similar.
• SEO & SEM: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure on-page and off-page best practices are implemented. Manage paid campaigns for optimal ROI.
• Content Coordination: Work with content creators to develop high-performing, keyword-rich content for blogs, landing pages, and ad creatives.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platform dashboards. Generate regular reports and actionable insights.
• Website Optimization: Support landing page optimization for better user experience and conversion rates (CRO).
• Stay updated: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates to adapt strategies as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Must have experience in Digital Marketing.
• Skill Set: Strong knowledge of online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), social media management, email marketing tools, and SEO.
• Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Mailchimp, Canva, and similar tools.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
• Creativity: Ability to develop engaging and effective marketing content.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and development teams.
