General Details Working Hours –6.30pm-3.30am (US Shift) Location – Hyderabad (On-site) Cab & Meals – Cab facility & one-time meal facility will be provided Roles and Responsibilities Working on direct clients for IT/ Non-IT/Engineering/Business professionals/BFSI requirements on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites. We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long-term opportunity. Should have worked for reputed firms focusing on direct client model. Should have previous success in VMS/MSP model. All candidates should be able to meet the required metrics. Should be able to work in an aggressive environment Candidate's Profile 1-5 years of Experience in US Staffing. Good exposure of US IT/Non-IT/Engineering/Business professionals/BFSI domain in US staffing industry. Must have experience working with direct clients Minimum educational qualification required is Graduation or under-graduate with 2 years of relevant experience. Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail oriented attitude with demonstrated abilities in US Recruitment. Should have strong personal and professional ethics. Should be having hands on experience on working with direct clients.
