Position: Academic Counselor (ONLY FREHERS)

Weekly-Off- Friday and Saturday

Remuneration- 25k plus performance and target based incentives

Timing- 10am to 8pm (Exemption from classes mandatory)

Key Skills: B2C Sales, Tele calling, Career Counselling, Effective Communication Skills


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Making Outbound calls, profiling leads based on their career goals and helping them to build a personalized roadmap
  • Provide program information to customers over the call clearly and effectively
  • Upselling and cross-selling relevant courses to enrolled students.
  • Ensuring post sales services and responding to customer calls.



Requirements:

  • Must be very fluent in English and have a pleasant attitude. Excellent in both written and spoken English.
  • Good convincing power, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
