Your Role on the Team

As a Senior Martech Solutions Consultant, you will be a hands-on architect of our clients' success. You will apply a strong consulting mindset to design, connect, and optimize marketing technology stacks for clients primarily in the US. Your core focus will be on translating client business challenges into practical, scalable solutions using your deep platform expertise. You will be the go-to expert for how to make the Martech ecosystem work efficiently to drive productivity & performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design of Martech solutions, mapping business requirements to platform capabilities and creating integration blueprints.
• Client Advisory & Consulting: Act as the primary technical advisor for clients, guiding them on best practices for platform utilization, process optimization, and achieving marketing goals.
• Platform Strategy: Develop strategies for leveraging core Martech platforms (CDPs, MAPs, ABMs, CRMs) to improve personalization, automation, and customer journey orchestration.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges related to data flow, system integration, and campaign execution within the Martech stack.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with client marketing teams, IT departments, and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of marketing technology.
• Proof of Concept & Enablement: Develop and present proofs-of-concept and lead client enablement sessions to demonstrate the value and functionality of proposed solutions.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• 7-9 years of proven experience in a Martech consulting, implementation, or marketing operations role.
• Deep Platform Expertise: Extensive, hands-on knowledge of the modern Martech landscape, including:
• Adobe Experience Cloud: Strong experience with key components like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AEP, and AEM.
• Marketing Automation & CRM: Deep expertise in platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot, and their integration with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
• Customer Data Platforms (CDP): Practical experience with CDPs like Segment, Tealium, or AEP for data integration and audience management.
• ABM & Personalization: Familiarity with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense ) and personalization engines.
• Strong Consulting Acumen: Proven experience in a client-facing consulting role, with exceptional skills in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Solution Architecture Mindset: The ability to think systematically about how different platforms connect and exchange data to create a cohesive marketing ecosystem.
• Practical AI Application: Experience using the built-in AI/ML features within core Martech platforms (e.g., predictive scoring in Marketo, Einstein in Salesforce, Sensei in Adobe) to solve practical marketing problems.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Data & Analytics: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, BigQuery) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Data Privacy Concepts: A strong working knowledge of data privacy principles (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they apply to marketing technology and consent management.
• Client Service or Consulting Background: Prior experience working in a fast-paced client service or consulting firm is highly desirable.
