Network Automation Engineer (NetDevOps) – JG4 | SC | ERM Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite) Contract Type: 1-year contract (January–December 2026) Work Schedule: Full-time, on-site Application Deadline: Until the position is filled Language: English (mandatory) Job Overview We are hiring skilled Automation Developers to support the automation and integration landscape of a global connectivity workspace. This role focuses on developing end-to-end workflows across multiple platforms, standardizing network configurations using YANG modelling, and delivering scalable integration solutions. You will be embedded in a technical environment working with automation, orchestration, APIs, and network configuration tools to drive efficiency and consistency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automation solutions integrating systems such as Ansible, ServiceNow, and GitHub. Build and maintain API-based integrations (RESTCONF & NETCONF) using XML and JSON. Develop Python scripts and embed logic within Ansible playbooks. Create Ansible playbooks for network orchestration and workflow automation. Standardize network configurations using YANG modelling for Cisco routers and switches. Troubleshoot integration and workflow issues to ensure efficiency, reliability, and security. Test, document, and version all integration processes and design decisions. Monitor performance of automation solutions and recommend improvements. Participate in agile ceremonies, peer reviews, and technical discussions. Provide support and knowledge transfer to IT peers on integrated systems.
