Learn more at eximple.inAbout the role:We are looking for an Supply Chain Finance (Sales & NBFC Partnerships) who will drive our financial enablement engine. This role is responsible for SCF business development, drive new NBFC partnerships, and enabling seamless financing solutions for SME exporters.Key Responsibilities:Lead SCF sales, driving adoption of financing solutions for SME exporters.Identify, onboard, and manage new NBFC partners to expand our lending ecosystem.Maintain strong relationships with finance partners, ensuring smooth credit operations and turnaround.Manage NBFC licensing processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.Work closely with product, risk, and operations teams to deliver optimal financing experiences.Track market and regulatory developments across SCF and NBFC segments.Requirements:3+ years of experience in NBFC partnerships, SCF sales, fintech lending, or financial operations.Strong understanding of NBFC regulations, documentation, and compliance.Proven experience in managing lender relationships and closing financing deals.Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.Prior exposure to MSME/SME lending is a strong bonus.Why Eximple:Join a fast-growing team redefining global trade for Indian SMEs.
