This role involves team leadership, strategy planning, and driving high-impact growth.Who Should Apply?✅ 8–14 years in Direct Sales / B2C Sales / Merchant Acquisition / Retail Sales✅ Field Sales & Team Handling experience is mandatory⭐ Preference for candidates from Digital Payments / Telecom Sales background❌ Note: Not looking for store-level retail experienceKey Responsibilities🔹 Develop strategies to acquire merchants & retailers across segments🔹 Drive sourcing, lead generation, acquisition & activation closures🔹 Manage & grow a direct field sales team🔹 Coach, mentor & upskill the team in acquisition and relationship handling🔹 Plan & execute promotional strategies for market penetration & visibility🔹 Travel across the city to build and strengthen market presence🔹 Ensure achievement of monthly / quarterly sales targetsCore Competencies💡 Strong knowledge of sales principles & coaching practices📊 Strong analytical and data-driven approach🧩 Great problem-solving & multi-tasking ability⏱️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment👥 Excellent leadership & team-building skillsCompensation💰 Salary: Upto 12 lpa Fixed ( Basis your Last salary)
