About the Role

We are looking for a Zapier & Pabbly Automation Expert who can not only build smooth and efficient workflow automations to streamline our operations, but also manage the complete lifecycle of our webinars. This is a dynamic role that blends tech automation skills with webinar operations execution, ensuring our events run flawlessly and our teams work seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Workflow Optimization

• Build and manage automations using Zapier, Pabbly, and related tools to streamline business processes.
• Integrate data flow across marketing, sales, and CRM tools for better efficiency.
• Continuously optimize workflows for speed, accuracy, and reduced manual work.

End-to-End Webinar Operations

• Coordinate with the performance marketing agency to set expectations and ensure lead generation targets are met.
• Schedule and send pre-webinar reminders via WhatsApp, Email, SMS, RCS, and Communities.
• On the day of the webinar, manage all communication channels and ensure high attendee engagement.
• Monitor Zoom and WhatsApp chats during webinars, respond during pitch segments, and handle Q&A interactions.
• Share webinar attendance and conversion data with the performance marketing team.
• Update attendee lists in WhatsApp and email systems for follow-ups.

Campaign Coordination

• Work with the content writer to create WhatsApp and email campaigns, posts, and blogs related to webinars and other marketing activities.
• Ensure timely campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 2-3 years in Zapier and/or Pabbly automation (hands-on project examples preferred).
• Strong understanding of webinar funnels, marketing workflows, and lead nurturing.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, email platforms, and SMS/RCS tools.
• Good communication skills for live webinar engagement.
• Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work cross-functionally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM tools preferably Zoho
• Knowledge of basic HTML for email formatting.
• Familiarity with performance marketing concepts.
