Headquartered in Hyderabad, we also operate from Delhi and Bangalore, driving Indian brands onto the global stage.Role Overview:Dista (www.Distacart.Com) is a young e-commerce company that moves fast and values sharp creative thinking. The Sr. Creative Specialist will shape how the brand looks and feels across various touchpoints: website, campaigns, newsletters, social media, etc. This role mixes graphic design, video editing, and a working sense of UI and UX. You will guide a team of graphic designers, keeping emphasis on high quality and turnaround time, while ensuring a consistent brand look. If you enjoy building a brand through smart visuals, this role will feel natural to you.Responsibilities:Translate marketing briefs into compelling ad creatives, static banners, and videos tailored for all marketing channels. Maintain Dista’s design identity across campaigns, ensuring all visual output aligns with brand guidelines. Work closely with the social team to translate ideas into reels & shorts. Partner with performance teams to analyze creative performance and iterate based on CTR & view-through metrics. Guide and mentor the design team, give clear feedback, and help them grow. When needed, coordinate with external creative agencies to ensure timely, high-quality asset delivery for campaigns and promotions. Hands-on with AI tools for creating and adapting visuals. Able to turn prompts into usable campaign creatives and iterate fast. 8. Adhering to TAT and delivering good quality outputs is the primary KPI Basic Qualification:6+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing for digital platforms.2+ years of leading a team of graphic designers and video editors. Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as social media, performance, CRM, and brand is a plus. Strong command of the Creative Suite & Good understanding of UI/UX basics. Understanding of brand guidelines and ability to incorporate brand point of view across touchpoints. Comfort with a quick turnaround time. Experience working with an e-commerce or D2C brand is a plus.
