About the Role :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js, Node.js, and AI-powered chatbot integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing scalable web applications, building robust APIs, and integrating AI-driven conversational interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-performance applications leveraging modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Frontend Development (React.js) :

- Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using React.js and Next.js.

- Optimize components for maximum performance and seamless user experience.

- Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or Zustand.

- Work with React Hooks, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, and Styled Components for efficient UI/UX development.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design principles.

2. Backend Development (Node.js & Express.js) :

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints using Node.js and Express.js.

- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or Firebase Auth.

- Optimize database queries and schema design for high performance and scalability.

- Integrate third-party APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data streaming.

- Implement background jobs, message queues (e.g., Redis, RabbitMQ), and microservices architecture.

3. ChatGPT & AI Integration :

- Implement ChatGPT API to build AI-powered conversational interfaces.

- Customize chatbot responses and fine-tune AI models for business-specific use cases.

- Integrate AI-driven features like text completion, summarization, and natural language processing (NLP).

- Enhance chatbot interactivity with speech-to-text and voice recognition APIs.

- Optimize prompt engineering and model fine-tuning for reliable and context-aware chatbot responses.

4. Database Management :

- Design and manage databases using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Implement ORMs like Prisma, Sequelize, or Mongoose for efficient data handling.

- Ensure database security, indexing, and query optimization.

5. Cloud & DevOps :

- Deploy applications using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP).

- Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Set up logging, monitoring, and error handling using Datadog, Sentry, or New Relic.

- Use Serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions, or Azure Functions) for optimized backend services.

6. Security & Performance Optimization :

- Implement security best practices, including CORS, CSRF protection, encryption, and API security.

- Optimize application performance by implementing lazy loading, caching (Redis, Memcached), and efficient API calls.

- Conduct unit testing and integration testing using Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

7. Collaboration & Agile Development :

- Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and AI engineers to create seamless user experiences.

- Follow Agile methodologies using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Frontend Expertise : React.js, Next.js, Redux, Tailwind CSS, Material UI

- Backend Proficiency : Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, GraphQL

- Database Management : MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Prisma, Mongoose

- AI/ChatGPT Integration : OpenAI API, NLP models, AI-powered chatbots

- Cloud & DevOps : AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

- Security Best Practices : JWT, OAuth, API security, OWASP principles

- Testing & Debugging : Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Postman

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

- Experience with TypeScript for scalable development.

- Familiarity with serverless architectures using AWS Lambda or Firebase Functions.

- Experience in building real-time applications with WebSockets and Socket.io.

- Understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering.

- Knowledge of AI-driven analytics and chat personalization.
