As our Wellbeing Programme Manager for India, you will play a key role in driving local engagement, achieving measurable outcomes, and strengthening our regional client relationships.

You will help achieve:

·      Enhanced Localisation: Design and deliver wellbeing programmes tailored to India's unique needs and culture.

·      Stronger Partnerships : Align closely with our client's Regional Benefits Consultants, the Pavelka Wellbeing Programme Managers, and leadership teams to maximise synergy and impact.

·      Scalable Capacity: Expand the reach and capacity of the Wellbeing Programme through strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

·      Business Integration: Link wellbeing initiatives directly to business outcomes, including engagement, retention, and performance.

·      Impact Measurement: Track success through defined KPIs, such as event participation rates, feedback, NPS, and improvements in wellbeing sentiment.

·      Showcase Benefits: Effectively communicate available benefits to ensure employees are aware of and empowered to take full advantage of the wellbeing programmes offered.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Client Partnership & Communication

·      Partner with senior stakeholders in India to strategically plan and deliver localised and culturally relevant wellbeing programmes that align with the cultural nuances of this diverse region.

·      Act as the primary liaison for client executives and employees, ensuring alignment with our client's business and cultural strategies.

·      Lead communications planning, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Programme Management & Delivery

·      Manage the seamless end-to-end delivery of Pavelka's customised wellbeing programmes, with measurable outcomes tied to employee engagement and business impact.

·      Produce timely, insightful reporting to track progress against KPIs, and share testimonials and lessons learned.

·      Build, document and follow processes that create structure, scalability and repeatability.

Community Leadership – Wellbeing Ambassador Programme

·      Build, expand, and engage a thriving Wellbeing Ambassador community in India.

·      Increase participation and impact in wellbeing-led events.

·      Drive initiatives that promote connection, wellbeing visibility, and leadership support.

Business Development & Strategic Growth

·      Identify opportunities to scale programmes across APAC and India aligned to our client's strategic priorities.

·      Actively contribute to regional planning, innovation, and shared success with Benefit Consultants and the Pavelka Wellbeing Program Manager team.

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement

·      Leverage engagement metrics, surveys, and pulse checks to refine and enhance programmes.

·      Continuously align outputs with our client's evolving needs and strategic goals.

Required Skills & Experience

Core Skills:

·      Advanced stakeholder management within the APAC region, with priority given to people with experience of working and leading people programmes in India.

·      Fluent in English (spoken and written) to a professional business level, with the ability to communicate effectively in corporate, commercial, and cross-cultural contexts.

·      Strong business acumen and ability to align wellbeing with corporate people strategies and strategic goals.

·      Deep understanding and demonstrable experience of leading wellbeing as a strategic driver of engagement, resilience, and sustainable performance.

·      Project management and program delivery expertise.

·      Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.

·      Experience measuring program success (especially wellbeing programmes).

·      Cultural fluency and the ability to adapt to different working styles and norms for our client and the Pavelka culture.

·      Ability to stay up-to-date with trends in employee wellbeing and wellbeing at work.

·      Must be able to work flexibly across time zones to accommodate client needs and connect with key stakeholders within Pavelka.

Technological Skills:

·      Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., Click-Up, Trello), and content creation tools like Canva.

·      Comfortable using Excel and prompting AI to enhance insights that drive better delivery and measurement.

·      Nice to have experience of using Webex and Microsoft Teams
