Every drop is a moment, but the platform is the big picture and our brand must ignite cultural hype.We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to craft DROPZ’s visual language, someone who can shape the platform’s bold identity while creating unique, memorable visuals for each drop and collaboration. This role blends creativity, consistency, and a deep understanding of what makes design connect in today’s fast-moving digital world.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 • Build Brand Identities: Create distinct visual identities for in-house drops and collaborations, ensuring each drop has its own unique vibe while aligning with DROPZ’s overarching aesthetic. • Create Stunning Visuals: Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns that drive engagement and hype. • Develop Ad Creatives: Produce engaging static and motion-based visuals for paid marketing campaigns and product drop promotions. • Support Packaging Design: Collaborate with the Creative Lead on unboxing experiences, including box design, inserts, labels, and other packaging visuals. • Ensure Website Visual Consistency: Work with content and production teams to create cohesive website graphics, banners, and product visuals that reflect DROPZ’s bold style. • Collaborate with the Creative Team: Partner with Content Writers, Video Editors, Photographers, and the Social Media Designer to bring campaigns to life. • Analyze & Optimize Content: Track social media engagement and design performance metrics to refine and improve future visuals. • Stay Trend-Aware: Continuously research design trends, social media aesthetics, and industry best practices to keep DROPZ’s visuals fresh and innovative.𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝗿𝗲 • A visual storyteller who builds memorable identities, not just pretty graphics. • Skilled at turning brand ideas into scroll-stopping, hype-driven content. • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or other design tools that bring your vision to life. • Organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for perfecting every pixel. • Collaborative, thriving in a team with writers, production specialists, and other creatives. • Culturally tuned-in, with a strong sense of fashion, lifestyle, and digital trends, backed by a portfolio of impactful designs. • Experienced in graphic design through internships, college projects, or freelance gigs, and ready to scale your skills with a high-growth brand.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 • A pivotal role in crafting the visual identity of DROPZ’s drops, seen and shared across platforms, packaging, and campaigns. • Creative freedom to experiment with bold, culture-first designs alongside a structured environment to grow professionally. • The chance to contribute to a fast-growing startup with high cultural stakes and a bold vision.
