Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect - Data Analytics to lead enterprise data transformation initiatives. This role requires expertise in hybrid data architectures (on-prem & cloud), modern analytics platforms, big data frameworks, and AI/ML-driven insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with SMEs, architects, data scientists, and analytics engineers to define business-driven data strategies and implement scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Consulting & Advisory :

- Assess customers' evolving data and analytics landscape, identifying gaps and opportunities for modernization.

- Provide thought leadership on industry best practices & advanced analytics trends.

- Define data-driven business strategies aligning technology with business goals.

- Develop business cases for analytics initiatives, demonstrating long-term value.

2. Architecture & Solutioning :

- Evaluate and design data architectures & analytical use cases.

- Develop reference architectures & roadmaps for data analytics solutions.

- Ensure security, compliance, and governance in solution design.

3. Implementation & Enablement :

- Support POCs & pilot projects to validate analytics solutions.

- Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and best practices in implementation.

- Establish robust data management & analytics pipeline orchestration.

4. Client Engagement :

- Conduct executive briefings & workshops on analytics trends.

- Act as a trusted advisor for data leadership teams during transformation journeys.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 16+ years of experience in data architecture, analytics, and cloud consulting.

- Expertise in hybrid data platforms integrating on-premises & cloud (AWS, GCP) environments.

- Strong background in data engineering, ELT/ETL pipelines, big data frameworks, and cloud analytics.

- Experience with modern data lakehouse architectures and operations enablement.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Apache Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, and distributed computing platforms.

- Strong business acumen to develop and present business cases for analytics transformation projects.

- Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, MLOps, and Gen AI-based use cases.

- Hands-on experience in Data Cataloging, Data Observability, and Data Lineage.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Domain experience in Insurance is a plus.
