Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back Office Assistant, based in Kolkata with some work-from-home flexibility. The Back Office Assistant will handle administrative tasks, support back office operations, manage data entries, prepare reports, and ensure efficient communication between departments. Additional responsibilities include customer service and providing administrative assistance to various teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Good Knowledge about Computers
Requirement
Candidate Must Have their Own system with Stable Internet
Flexible to work from Home and Night Shift
2 Days week off
Salary 9-15 k Depending upon the Experience
