We’re looking for a highly organized, driven, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, can lead with clarity, and is passionate about delivering high-quality work—on time, every time.About the RoleAs a Project Manager at Wings Design, you’ll lead design and branding projects from start to finish. You’ll act as the key link between our creative team and clients—ensuring seamless communication, strong execution, and timely delivery.You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing multiple projects while keeping everyone focused, informed, and on track.What You'll DoProject Planning & DeliveryDefine project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverablesCreate detailed project plans and track progressEnsure quality, budget, and deadlines are consistently metTeam CoordinationWork closely with designers, developers, and strategistsFacilitate collaboration across teams and resolve roadblocksMonitor workloads and keep the team aligned with project goalsClient CommunicationAct as the primary point of contact for clientsProvide regular updates, present deliverables, and gather feedbackBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsReporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate project documentationShare progress reports with leadership and highlight risks or opportunitiesWhat You’ll Need2–3 years of experience in a Creative/Marketing/Advertising Agency or Design StudioExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and leadership abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesA sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindsetIf you’re ready to join a creative team that values design thinking, innovation, and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now: Send your resume to hello@wings.design
